Role Summary

We are currently seeking to contract with Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to join our team. As a licensed therapist, your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Conducting mental health diagnostic assessments

  • Deliver high-quality ongoing therapy to patients using unique therapeutic techniques

  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to support patients in achieving their goals

  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records

  • Utilize our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to document therapy sessions and promptly input closed notes into client medical records

  • Ensure proper coordination of care for patients and collaborate effectively with other professionals

  • Uphold patient confidentiality and compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing medical care and treatment

  • Maintain a professional appearance during patient meetings, events, and other engagements

  • Adhere to Stillwater Counseling Services’ policies and procedures

Stillwater Counseling Services is dedicated to empowering independent contractors, providing them with vital administrative and professional support. By alleviating the burden of administrative tasks, Stillwater enables therapists to focus on supporting their clients. Additionally, Stillwater contracts include the following benefits

Income Range

70%-75%

The compensation range presented in this job posting is in line with regional standards. Our clinician payout structure rewards an impressive percentage of the prior month's collections, paid bi-monthly.

At Stillwater, our commitment to operational efficiency provides a well-organized framework, allowing us to maintain minimal overhead costs. This foundation enables us to offer a higher reimbursement rate to our providers. Notably, we do not enforce caseload quotas, giving our therapists the flexibility to prioritize quality care and tailor their schedules to fit their lifestyles.

While office space is not included in the package, we encourage therapists to choose their preferred work location. Additionally, Thrive Therapy offers the potential opportunity to rent office space from our available resources if desired.

Therapists are only responsible for seeing clients and completing the necessary clinical documentation, allowing them to focus on their core therapeutic work.

  • The position does not include access to an office. However, office space can be coordinated for a fee, though it is not included in the aforementioned fee split. Providers have the flexibility to explore office space options on their own if they prefer, or they can become a part of our practice if they already have an existing office. Remote work arrangements are also an option for those who find it more suitable for their needs and preferences.
